The Challenge

Provide leading operational & research support

Kindred approached 3Gem with a draft questionnaire and we used our team of research experts to refine the questionnaire to ensure all desired angles were covered comprehensively and objectively.

The Methodology

The data was collected through 3Gem’s in-house panel of double-opt in, pre-recruited respondents. 3Gem abide by the Market Research Society’s and ESOMAR’s Codes of Conduct and are members of the British Polling Council; their surveys are also WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidance) compliant.
